In case you refuse to provide personal data necessary for starting and/or executing business relations or submitting a statement of disagreement with regard to the processing of personal data, Olvirga may refuse to enter into business relations or apply to the insurance company (s) for termination of the insurance contract and to terminate with you other transactions or business relationships if they were started.

 

Olvirga draws your attention and strongly encourages you to read in detail the insurance rules of the proposed insurance products or to request the insurance broker serving you to provide more detailed information on this matter. If the Policyholder violates the terms of the insurance contract, the insurer has the right to consider the insurance contract to be terminated in the legal acts and in the insurance contract (in particular – in the insurance rules), to suspend the insurance coverage,

to propose to change the insurance contract, to terminate the insurance contract before the deadline, to demand the invalidation of the insurance contract, to refuse to pay the insurance benefit or to reduce it and / or to apply other measures provided for in the insurance contract. In addition, we note that possible increases in insurance risk are also provided for in the insurance contract (in particular, the insurance rules).
