- General provisions
1.1. UADBB “OLVIRGA” (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) respects the right of all its customers (service customers), including the visitors of the Company’s website https://www.olvirga.lt/ (hereinafter “the Website”) (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”) to privacy and undertakes to ensure the protection of their personal data and their rights as data subjects.
1.4. We handle your personal data in 2016. - What terms are used?
2.1. Personal data – any information about a natural person identified or identifiable (the data subject); a natural person who can identify himself is a person whose identity can be determined directly or indirectly, in particular, according to the identifier, such as his name, personal identification number, location data, and Internet identifier, or one or more physical, physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic,
cultural or social identity.
2.2. The data subject – a natural person – is a client of the Company (including Web site visitors) whose personal data is collected by the Company.

2004-12-21 Olvirga received a license for the activities of insurance broker company No. 000059. This license meets the requirements of European Union Directive 2002/92 / EC of 2002-12. The list of insurance broker companies is published on the website of the Bank of Lithuania www.lb.lt.
The authorized capital of Olvirga meets the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. None of Olvirga shares or other equity is owned by any of the insurance companies or insurance companies of the parent company. No parent company of any insurance company or insurance company has any form of management for Olvirga. Olvirga does not hold any shares or other equity of an insurance company and/or affects its direct or indirect management. The complaint shall be processed within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the complaint, in exceptional cases, the time limit for consideration may be extended. The examination is free.
If you (the policyholder, the insured, the beneficiary or the injured third person) are a consumer (that is, a natural person whose personal (non-related business or professional activity), the insurance service covers family or household needs) and Olvirga does not meet your requirements in accordance with the complaint or partially satisfies you, you have the right to apply to the Bank of Lithuania in an out-of-court procedure (Žirmūnų St. 151, 09128 Vilnius, www.lb.lt) regarding the settlement of the dispute settlement of the Law on the Bank of Lithuania of the Republic of Lithuania and the Consumer and Financial Market participants approved by the Board of the Bank of Lithuania procedure for out-of-court dispute resolution in accordance with the procedure established by the Rules of the Bank of Lithuania.
Also, complaints against Oliver can be submitted to the Insurance Brokers Chamber (Vytenio St. 6, 03113 Vilnius, www.dbr.lt) in an out-of-court procedure. If Olvirga does not meet or partially complies with your claim, you also have the right to go to court in accordance with the law.
Your personal data is processed for insurance mediation. Olivers may file personal data under the procedure established by the Republic of Lithuania or the European Union legal acts for insurance or insurance mediation activities, the Financial Crime Investigation Service, the State Tax Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania under the Ministry of Finance, the Bank of Lithuania Supervisory Authority, the Lithuanian Vehicle Insurers Bureau, the State Enterprise REGITRA, State Enterprise Center of Registers.
Your personal data and special personal data may be collected from personal data sources such as insured persons, policyholders, beneficiaries, companies operating in the Republic of Lithuania or the European Union legal acts, insurance companies or insurance intermediaries, the Population Registration Office, the Lithuanian Vehicle Insurers Bureau, State Enterprise REGITRA, State Enterprise Center of Registers.
You have the right to get acquainted with your personal data, to request the correction of your incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data and to request the destruction of personal data or suspension of processing of your personal data by submitting a written request. You have the right to submit a disagreement on the processing of personal data. If your disapproval is legally justified, Olvirba terminates the processing of personal data for free. In case you refuse to provide personal data necessary for starting and/or executing business relations or submitting a statement of disagreement with regard to the processing of personal data, Olvirga may refuse to enter into business relations or apply to the insurance company (s) for termination of the insurance contract and to terminate with you other transactions or business relationships if they were started.
Olvirga draws your attention and strongly encourages you to read in detail the insurance rules of the proposed insurance products or to request the insurance broker serving you to provide more detailed information on this matter. If the Policyholder violates the terms of the insurance contract, the insurer has the right to consider the insurance contract to be terminated in the legal acts and in the insurance contract (in particular – in the insurance rules), to suspend the insurance coverage,
to propose to change the insurance contract, to terminate the insurance contract before the deadline, to demand the invalidation of the insurance contract, to refuse to pay the insurance benefit or to reduce it and / or to apply other measures provided for in the insurance contract. In addition, we note that possible increases in insurance risk are also provided for in the insurance contract (in particular, the insurance rules).
